Customs Clearance and Export Documentation

There are multitude of customs and regulations and clearance requirements depending on your global destination.
We have the right contacts and essential requirement to ensure your shipment passes smoothly through customs. We also provide clear guidance and help with completing any necessary paperwork for all the countries we ship to.

Our Customs and Export Services Include:

  • Domestic import and export Customs Procedures at all ports and airports.
  • Worldwide customs clearance – either by temporary or permanent entry.
  • Re-export procedures at the close of the exhibition or event.
  • Assistance with completing all necessary Customs invoices and associated paperwork. Complete ATA Carnet Service.

The ATA Carnet is an international customs document, which allows duty free and tax free temporary import of goods for up to one year.
This allows exhibitors and organizers to make advance customs arrangements and if required, use their ATA Carnet for several trips, as it is valid for one year. It is accepted in most countries but not all, contact us for full details.

On-site Services:

Our experienced team provides excellent on-site customer service for all events. We are able to provide lifting, storage, logistical service and assistance to help ensure your event runs effortlessly.

Our On-site Handling Services include:

  • Unloading from vehicles and delivery to stand.
  • Loading back onto vehicles at the close of the show.
  • Re-lifting and positioning of exhibits, using necessary lifting equipment.
  • Provision of lifting equipment to assist in stand erection.

Storage – collection, storage and return of empty boxes and interim storage of goods before and after the show.
